Current Events

You will read, summarize, and present current news articles related to the computer industry and topics discussed in class.

1. Read the newspaper and magazines for an article.
2. Type a summary of your article. Must be at least 1 complete paragraph that includes a minimum of 5 sentences with proper grammar and correct spelling. (newspaper article must be a minimum of 200 words)
3. Include your name, date, period, and the article number at the top of page in right hand corner.
4. Include the name of the article, date fo the article, and the newspaper or magazine you got the article from.
5. Neatly cut out and staple the article to the back of the summary page you prited.
6. Highlight important facts on the actual article.

You need to find a current (no more than 4 weeks old from the date of the assignment) newspaper or magazine article. (no Internet or photocopied articles).
