Please answer the questions in this survey truthfully. I will get a better idea of how you learn and how I can possibly be a better teaching guide for you this school year. You need to provide your name and, of course, you will not be graded on this survey.

With regard to your school materials and how you use them for study, check all that apply.*
I don't often misplace my Spanish book or Spanish workbook.
I sometimes misplace of forget my Spanish book and/or my workbook.
I generally carry all the materials (book, workbook, spiral or other writing material, pencils or pens) to class in my backpack.
I make Spanish-English vocabulary cards sometimes.
If I make Spanish-English vocabulary cards, I use them to quiz myself or have someone else quiz me.
I keep an assignment notebook so I can keep up with all my homework.
I don't worry if I don't have my materials, I just look on with someone else.
I study from either the book and/or workbook, my homework and/or my class notes for tests.
I find I do okay if I just look over the book before a test.
