Hoops 101 Fall Academy Survey #2
Response has been great to the Hoops 101 Academy. More than 80 people have responded to our initial survey. From the feedback we have received, we have been able to craft a model that more closely meets the needs of our training base. Here are the details we have established so far: • Sunday Afternoons 2-6 pm (a 2-hour block within this time frame) • Starts Sept. 19 and ends October 24 • Focus on shooting and SAQ training--your top two areas of interest--plus ballhandling, 1-on-1 game and overall offense and defense concepts. • Smaller coach to camper ratios--limited enrollment to ensure space and attention • Cost: $160 before Sept. 1; $185 after Sept. 1. ($13.33 per hour for high level training) We need you to answer a couple more questions so we can determine where our interest is rooted and who would indeed want to sign up based on the time, dates and price. This will also help us to secure quality staff to match the demands for the training. Online registration will be available soon, but this survey is our last step in the research process. Please complete it it you are still interested. Thanks for helping us create a product that meets your training needs.

- What grade will your son or daughter be enrolled in this coming school year?
- Knowing the times (Sunday afternoons from 2-6 pm), cost ($160) and dates (Sept. 19-Oct. 24--6 weeks), do you plan on signing up for the Fall Hoops Academy?
- Are you willing to travel to one of our other schools to attend training as we start the Academy? We eventually plan on having multiple locations, but will probably start with one location in the fall.
