Join Cassandra Atkinson, NC OSP’s Division Director for Standards and Accountability, for a virtual classroom event: “Accountability Forum: Changing HR Strategies to Build a Competent, Productive, and Inspired Workforce”. In this session – part sharing, part discussion – Dr. Atkinson will offer a view of national practices in accountability for human resource management, provide comments on how we hope to lead strategic human resource management and accountability, and talk with session participants about their roles in strategic human resource management.
