Weekly Participation Self-Evaluation for Studio Classes
Every Friday (or late Thursday) all Studio students need to fill out this self-evaluation form to grade their effort for the week. This weekly self-evaluation participation grade will have a large effect on each student's effort grade. Please answer questions honestly and rate your effort for each question on the grading scale (A, B, C, D or F).

- In the box below the picture, Please fill in Your Name (again), Your Studio Class Period, Today's Date, and Your Overall Effort Grade for this week (from question 9 below):

- I listened during lessons, I was focused in class on my individual studio work and I helped others stay focused on the class/group/discussion work that we are doing this week.*
|
- I did NOT waste large blocks of class time by just sitting in a chair, talking with friends, working on NON-studio stuff, only watching movies and/or spacing out- instead of working on studio projects.*
|
- I communicated in a positive way and took part in class/group discussions and work (actively listen, question and talk respectfully).*
|
- I put more than the minimum effort into group and individual assignments and complete assignments on time (by the due date).*
|
- I showed up to do my job for the Channel 9 TV News in the morning, when it was the scheduled time for my class. *
|
- I did not use my cell/iPod/other device during class time and I got to class on time (and didn't leave early).*

- I had some FUN.*

- Write at least 2-3 short sentences: Explain the top 2 or 3 things you learned this week, state what your overall effort grade should be for this week and explain why you should get that grade. *
