Internal Scan for Critical Needs

Each staff member is asked to review the various areas listed, as well as any others you may feel are critical. We find specific comments in each goal category very helpful so If you would like to add comments to any area, please feel free to do so. If you wish to leave any category blank that is fine as well. It is also helpful to jot in any positive comments or affirm a current effort or practice in any particular goal category, if you are so inclined.
