The is the spring 2010 survey for Okemos High School staff to review the Flex 2.0 program and early intervention initiative.

  1. Do you initiate interventions with your struggling students during Flex or do your struggling students initiate the intervention?
    I initiate the intervention.

    I ask them to come to Flex.

  1. Which version of Flex do you prefer?
    The original Flex which included a baseroom, Flex passes, and a student Flex sheet signed by teachers.
    Flex 2.0, where students sign into one of their six classes, a computer lab, or the LMC.
    I am new teacher this year and have no basis for comparison.


  1. Would you be more likely to export the names of struggling students to Julie Achterberg if you were asked to export once a semester?
    Yes.
