NSHS Service Project Reprot Form (2nd time posted)

You must fill out this form to document your projects for this school year. You must have done 2 of the following projects with the group. This will guarantee that on the project side of things, you have met your National Spanish Honor Society service requirements. Your final eligibility to remain in good standing and graduate with cords will depend on your attendance at general meetings as well.
