College Recommendation Questionnaire Summer 2019 {Prior Mr. Barrow Students with a B+ Average or Higher}
This questionnaire is to be completed by students that have requested a college application written on their behalf and have met the academic requirements of Mr. Barrow.
All request for college recommendations, of those who met the requirements, must be made by Friday August 28th 2015. Additionally, the questionnaire must be completed by, no later than, Monday August 31st 2015 at the latest.
Once the questionnaire has been read, and there are still questions that must be answered, a phone interview will then be conducted with the student to clarify any missing gaps. Be be aware that it may take up to three months before the recommendation is actually completed.
