Saint Joseph Health System Data Team Survey

The SJHS Data Team seeks to determine what data and data sources are being used across Saint Joseph Health System. This survey will take approximately 2 minutes to complete. The survey purposes are to: 1) Identify currently used data and data sources; 2) Improve comparability of data across reports; 3) Ensure validity of data; and 4) Facilitate stewardship of resources by minimizing duplicate efforts.
