Decision Making
This survey is going to look at how you make your decisions and what factors influence them. Questions will also ask about your morals and ethics.

- The purpose of this study is to determine how much freedom a teenager should be allowed in their decision making and what factors help to influence their decisions. This survey will help to assess the typical teen’s relationship with their parents and their personal morals and ethics. Your responses will be confidential. Please answer all questions honestly. This will improve the accuracy of the results. Also, please note that this is only for people ages 13-19. Thank you.
