Correlating Rorschach Inkblot Response and Multiple Intelligences Expression

You have been selected to participate in a study on the presence of a correlation between multiple intelligence category expression and perceptions of the images in the Rorschach Inkblot Test; meaning the study is trying to determine whether or not all responses on the inkblot test fall into the nine categories of intelligence created by Howard Gardner. You will be asked to view three standard Rorschach inkblots and respond in full sentences as to what you personally perceive the inkblot to depict, why you see this, where you see it, and what emotions it encites in you. You will be asked to complete a multiple intelligences survey as well. This will consist of a series of questions pertaining to specific character traits and if or how you express them. You will also be asked to give your age range, ethnicity, and gender. These results are confidential and will not be published with names. Participation in this study is voluntary; if you choose to withdraw at any time, you will not be penalized in any way. There are no foreseeable medical issues or risks that may stem from taking this test, but should issues occur you will be treated at your own expense and encouraged to contact necessary authorities. Benefits of participating in this study are that you will be aid psychiatric evaluations in the future and may gain valuable insight into your personality.
If you would like a copy of the completed study you may request one from the student researcher using the contact information below.
