    Developing - I have tried to teach my students how to use some technology. I must teach the technology first so they will know how to use it during lessons.

    Approaching - I integrate technology to help me differentiate instruction for my students.

    Ideal - I allow the students to choose the technology they will use while I facilitate classroom lessons.

    Entry - I have not used projection equipment.

    Developing - I occasionally use the TV monitor or projector to display my computer screen for the class or to show the class video selections.

    Approaching - I use available television monitor, projector and/or smart board for interactive instruction with my students.

    Ideal - I use projection equipment and I allow my students to use projection equipment for instructional purposes.

    Entry - I only know assignment or test averages by using at the grade software.

    Developing - I use spreadsheet to tally correct answers in content strands on paper tests. The tally helps me understand class and student progress toward mastery.
    Somewhere between Developing and Approaching
    Approaching - I look at data from online nine week assessments (or simulations) to help me determine whole class and individual student needs to focus on before SOL tests.
    Somewhere between Approaching and Ideal
    Ideal - I analyze the data from all of my tests and assessments to help me know what I should re-teach to the whole class and what individual students need extra instruction on throughout the year.
