A'yanna Lyons is the manager of the accounting department for the hemmerle supply Company, an office supplies wholsaler. The company established a standard that invoices would be prepared, printed and mailed to customers within 24 hours after receiving the order. Recently, A'yanna learned that some invoices were not being mailed until tree or four days after receiving the order. Upon checking further, she discovered that her department did not always received the necessary information from the shipping department on schedule.
