Parasocial Relationship Survey - Elementary School

I am completing a research project about the link among loneliness and parasocial relationships. If you want to take this survey, you will answer the questions below. These questions deal with finding the presence of a parasocial relationship and finding the amount of loneliness you have.
There are some important facts to know. Do not feel like you have to complete this survey. There will be no bad things that happen if you decide not to take or finish this survey. If you want to stop taking this survey at any time, feel free to stop. If you do take this survey, then you may get some good experiences. You can know more about yourself through answering these questions.
Any information or answers from this survey will not be given away or shown to anyone. Your data will not be singled out, and all information presented will represent the mean data.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact the researcher, Emily Pace, at emilympace@gmail.com. You may also contact the project supervisor, Scott Bolen, at sbolen@rockdale.k12.ga.us, or call at 770-483-8738.
