WFM is exploring offering more alternative schedules that can help agents with personal needs while still meeting the needs of the business. When considering whether any or all of the below alternative schedules would be better for you, keep in mind that these schedules will be permanent until the next bid and there is no guarantee it can be changed once the new schedules are in place. If you have any questions about the below schedule types please ask your supervisor for clarification.
