Foundations of Leadership

Principal Kyle Hoehner, the Lexington High Faculty and PassageWorks have collaborated to provide new curricula and instruction for the students of Lexington High School. Obtaining PassageWorks feedback from students is an important part of this effort. You are being invited to share your opinions about your experience at Lexington High School. We want to hear the student voices.
Please take a few minutes to complete this survey. The answers to the questions will help us to understand student perceptions about Lexington High School. This information will help Lexington High to become a better school.
Although you are asked to provide your student ID, this will be used for tracking purposes only (to compare student responses in the fall to student responses in the spring). Your individual answers to questions will be kept confidential; your student ID will not be connected to any of the responses that are formally reported to the Principal, Lexington High School, or the general public.
Taking part in this survey is voluntary. If you choose to take part in the survey, you have a right to stop at any time. There are no penalties associated with refusal to participate or withdrawal from the survey. By completing this survey, you acknowledge that you have been informed about the purpose of the survey and are agreeing to participate.
