  1. Help the instructor, staff, and leadership of the college understand why you were unsuccessful and how help might have been provided to you in an effort to "Save" you from withdrawing. What might have happened? Would an instructor have reached out to you earlier? A counselor or advisor? Do you need people to remind you constantly about due dates?

  1. Help yourself, now, or students like you. What could *you*have done better to have saved you from being unsuccessful? Think internally on this one.

  1. Lastly, after doing this analysis, discuss briefly why you were unsuccessful. Was it internal or external matters, really. Also include an email address if you wish to be contacted by the college on these issues.
