- Dr. Rupert from Harrison Township called to see if his patient's neurosurgery appointment has been scheduled. He states that the referral was faxed directly to the clinic 3 weeks ago. You look in Careweb and communicate the appointment date and time. *

- Dr. Andrews calls from Petsosky to see if his patient's Liver Clinic appointment has been scheduled. She states that the information was faxed directly to the clinic 2 weeks ago. You look in Careweb and do not find a scheduled appointment. You connect Dr. Andrews to the clinic to check on the status of the referral. They are still working on it. *

- Dr. York calls M-LINE to speak with Dr. Hensinger. You connect to Dr. Hensinger's secretary and she takes a message. The next day, you call Dr. York to follow up on this outstanding message and he now says that Dr. Hensinger didn't return the call and he no longer needs to speak with him. *
