Environmental Hall of Fame Nomination Form A - Members
The Environmental Hall of Fame Is Coming to Your Community!
Vote for Planet Earth! You can Make a Difference in Two Ways!
1) Indicate the best idea to help the environment and planet earth (Question #1) and
2) Help a local or national environmentalist you would like to honor receive the recognition, encouragement and inspiration they deserve to help planet earth.
If you wish to nominate more than three environmentalists, please use Environmental Hall of Fame Nomination Form B.
You can nominate someone from another community. Honorees who do not receive their Community Environmental Hall of Fame Award may be eligible to receive the HOPE Award (Hero of Planet Earth Award).
Each person sending in a nomination form will receive a link to the 100 top links to help the environment (in January).
Environmental Hall of Fame Award Criteria
A) Ideas to help your community or country (see #1) will be displayed on the website by community and linked to the Community Green Guide.
B) Individuals and students will have the opportunity to present their best idea in the Nomination Form.
C) We will present the student ideas to their school principal or environmental club faculty.
D) We will present individual ideas to their mayor or sustainability director of their community.
E) National ideas will be presented to the appropriate sustainability department in Washington DC.
F) The best ideas from individuals and students in each of the 12 fields for their school, community and USA will receive the HOPE Award (Hero of Planet Earth Award).
