European Training Analyses 2011
We are currently conducting training need analysis. We are aiming to tailor-make our approach to meet business needs and to ensure that training is fully in accordance with company strategy, i.e. our questions concern “where do we stand” and “where do we want to be”. You, as a member of senior management team, have the broadest picture and understanding of the company’s strategy and therefore your answers and feedback are vital for the needs evaluation.
