Computer usage

This survey was designed to give adults information about how students are using their computers both in school and at home. We made this survey completely ANONYMOUS so that we won't know who gave us each answer. In exchange, we ask that you answer each question honestly. We will absolutely, positively NOT KNOW which of you answered each question. We just want to know the TRUTH. We will share the information that you give us with you, the teachers, the principals, the superintendent and even some parents. We want everyone to know the truth about how computers are really being used. Why? We don't completely understand who you are until you tell us. We work best with you when we really understand you.
