Put in your recommendations with regards to the plan of the yearbook. Be sure to put your Last Name, First Name and Period in the box like this: P_Maye, Miss for full credit.

  1. Order of the portrait pages. *
    8,7,6
    6,7,8
    just alphabetical -- no grades


  1. Position of the names*
    all names on the side of the pictures (more space for candids, can allow larger space for pictures)
    all names on the bottom of the pictures (easier to find names, names need to be smaller to fit)
    on side for 6th grade, bottom for 7th and 8th
    on side for 6th and 7th, on bottom for 8th


  1. Teachers and staff*
    at the beginning, on two pages only with some candids and quotes
    at the beginning on two pages, but also on the divider pages of the grades they teach but smaller
    only on the divider pages, with a page for staff at the beginning


  1. Events and other content*
    put the full page items before the first set of portrait pages, then items like surveys or specific to grade level within that grade, arrange so 8th grade section goes right into the ads
    start immediately with the portraits, with surveys and events specific to that grade, then all the other events at the end
    put some big school wide events first, then teachers, then put additional ones in between the portrait sections with grade specific items within those grade level sections


  1. Sizes of the portrait images...*
    all grades the same size portrait pages
    6th and 7th the same size, 8th slightly larger
    graduated sizes -- 6th smallest, 7th slightly larger, 8th largest


  1. PAGE NUMBERS (also known as folios)*
    just regular numbers, nothing fancy
    pictures and quotes like we did last year
    savings, but no pictures since we are adding lots of surveys this year
    some sort of image for each specific section that's different so you know where you are


  1. RECORD PAGE - *
    leave a page for recording my favorite movies, books, sayings, etc.
    for some of the signature pages, put a sentence stem so that people can all sign about the same thing
    just put some graphics on the page, so we have some space to sign


  1. SURVEYS*
    on every portrait spread including teachers
    on every portrait spread and then also a big one at the end of the section with a different question for each grade


  1. YEARBOOK STAFF PAGE (aka you guys_)*
    group pictures of each class
    individual pictures (like last year) in a grid
