2010 Completer Survey

The results of the survey will help to identify what is best about our programs and how the TLC programs and delivery of services can be improved for our program participants.

The survey asks a variety of questions about program content and delivery of services. It should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

TLC has arranged for you to receive a gift. To qualify for the gift, you must complete the survey and provide your name. Please note that your responses will not be identified with you personally. If you have any questions or concerns about completing the survey, you may contact the Teaching and Leadership Center at 954-236-1327.
