VIC Tool Survey

The VIC tool was rolled out last August with the purpose of giving YOU, the underwriter, flexibility when analyzing appraisals. Recent usage reports have been run and we see that the tool is being used more frequently than the log indicates.
We would like the below information from you so we can update the process for using the tool and maximize the effectiveness of the tool. This is a survey, which means there are no right or wrong answers (responses will not be scored or tracked), so please be candid and complete with your feedback.
