Plano CUSD No. 88 Superintendent Evaluation - 2010-11 School Year

This evaluation form has been designed to directly reference Illinois State Standards for Superintendents. The standards emphasize the role of the administrator as an instructional leader. The standards are effective rules of the State Board of Education and are recorded in the Illinois Administrative Rules.

Each of the Standards has Knowledge Indicators and Performance Indicators listed on the paper copy. The rating for each Standard should be determined from a review and analysis of both the Knowledge Indicators and Performance Indicators.

1 (C) = Commendable (Meets the highest expectations of the school district)
2 (S) = Satisfactory (Generally meets the expectations of the school district)
3 (NI) = Needs Improvement (Does not meet the expectations of the school district)
4 (U) = Unsatisfactory (Fails to meet the expectations of the school district)
5 (NO) = Not Observed (Not observed or not applicable)
