Youth VIBE Teachers - Feedback
You have served as a teacher in the Youth VIBE After School program during the 2010-2011 school year. We are interested in your feedback about this year’s program and suggestions for future programs. The results of the evaluation will be used to determine if students who participated in the after school tutoring program were impacted positively and identify any modifications for future programs. Your participation in this evaluation is voluntary and confidential to the extent allowed. Your responses will be combined with the responses of all other participants and you or students will not be individually identified on any report prepared.
