French Club Officer Elections 2011-2012
Please vote for your top choice for the following French Club officer positions. You may only select one person for each position.

- Please choose the best candidate for PRESIDENT.
Sydney: As treasurer of my class for the past two years, I am skilled in learship, organization, planning and handling responsibility. I love French Club becasue we get to experience the fun side of Franch (food and culture) and I will create a club with many opportunities for points and tons of exciting activties.
Molly: As the current Vice-President of the Club, I possess the knowledge, skills, and experience required to be President. Next year, I would like to continue our favorite traditions such as the holiday, Mardi Gras, and movie night parties, as well as starting new traditions like having a Homecoming Parade float.
Elly: If I were elected President, I would be driven to make sure the Club excelled and people would be more involved and excited about the Club. Through my leadership skills, I would work well with others to make sure all ideas were heard and everyone felt like they were an active member.

- Please choose the best candidate for VICE-PRESIDENT MEMBERSHIP:
Yasir: I am running for the position of Vice President (membership) because I have a lot of fresh new ideas and J'adore le Cercle Francais! Aussi, I feel with a stronger male presence among the officers, we could acquire a more varied student representation next year. Merci et sois chic!
Lucy: I am very organized, which can help me get to the information needed faster (like helping the secretary keep track of points faster in meetings). I also have many ideas on making the French Club membership table attractive, like having samples of French desserts such as eclairs and napoleans because everyone likes food!

- Please choose the best candidate for VICE-PRESIDENT ACTIVITIES:
Marina: I am running for Vice-President of Activities because I would like to see this club become more active and unified, as well as fun. I have experience organizing events for other clubs I am a member of and am also interested in introducing a few new acitvities, such as school-wide Mardi Gras fundraisers and possible a small scale culture festival so we can fund more frequent meetings and take on our rivals in Spanish Club.

- Please choose the best candidate for SECRETARY:
Anna: I am dependable and can be counted upon to keep track of all the meetings nad take attendance. I have the idea to set up a Facebook group so that the Club members can be informed of upcoming meetings.
Alyssa: I think I am the best candidate for secretary because I am organized, respionsible, and I love French. I would love to take on more responsibility in the Club and help boost attendance by creating a facebook group for the Club and sending text message reminders.
