Morale: the general level of confidence or optimism felt by a person or group of people, especially as it affects self-discipline and motivation;

Connectedness: being emotionally well-connected with another being; joined to each other by ideas or events

Support: provide something necessary to help or improve something; approve of an idea or of a person to help him/her be successful

Respect /Appreciation: showing admiration and deference toward someone; be considerate toward somebody; recognition and liking of someone’s/something’s qualities; a written or spoken statement of someone’s qualities
