A. Beginning of the Training Survey

Hi- this is an initial survey to make sure that the training provided best meets your needs. Some of you will be going straight through the training, and others will be completing areas targeted by the Autism Specialist working with your school ( or designated ) and the teacher you are working with.   1. We are considering offering the training in more than one format. If given a choice of a training format, I would choose
    A completely online training
    An online training , but also a paper copy of the materials and quizzes
    I would like to do the training on paper only (this would require you to still view videos)
    I would like to take quizzes online.
    I would like to take quizzes on paper.
    I'm not sure- I would have to look at the options.

    Have someone sit down with me to get me started
    An introductory workshop in a group
    A chance to play around with the program , then to ask questions
