Booster Club Fundraising Questions - (copy)
Currently the Booster Club has 5 fundraisers throughout the year besides concessions/admissions at all home sporting events.The concessions/admissions brought in approximately $2300 this year but can be more depending on the number of home games. We host the Spaghetti Dinner in October and that raises approximately $1000; the Boodle in October which raises approximately $2200-$2500; the Chili Cook Off in March raises approximately $500-600 with virtually no cost; the Chinese dinner which normally raises $1000 except for this year not even close to that and there is alot of overhead cost and preparation; Homecoming in August which raises approximately $1000.
The Booster Club is committed to $6500 in travel each year and normally helps with uniform/equipment costs and camp costs.
We would like feedback from parents, please complete the following survey.

- Do you think we should continue to host Homecoming this year? When the Booster Club met in May we did not have a definite answer. Most people that were at the meeting said they were to busy or committed to other things at that time of year to help with the fundraiser. *

- If you answered yes to question 4 are you willing to commit at least 2-3 hours on that Friday or Saturday of Homecoming weekend to help set-up, cook and sell hotdogs? *
