  1. For the 2011-12 ER/LS Days, the district will be using November 14, 2011 and February 17, 2012 to focus on Strengthening the Core. On the remaining days, staff development will take place at individual sites. Our Site Plan, and the staff development which supports that, must align with the district’s current 5 initiatives:

    1) PBS
    2) Strengthening the Core
    3) Interventions
    4) Efficacy
    5) Equity

In light of the 5 initiatives and your knowledge of our particular needs at JM, what one area do you feel we need to focus on for staff development? Please be as specific as possible and answer from your perspective (based on the job that you perform at JM).
