Quality Audit Framework is obtained by a process of identifying and administering the activities needed to achieve the quality objectives of an Minacs Quality team. Improving QAF scores requires a systematic Site / program-wide approach. The intended immediate audience of this form are the Site Quality Managers, who may find them helpful in meeting their responsibilities.
