  1. The projected cost of this year's field trip is $40 per child. We will again sell coupon books to help pay for the trip. Many students covered the entire cost of their trip by selling coupon books. To fully pay for the trip, students will need to sell 2 packets of 5 books (or 10 books). The top seller will receive a prize. Do you plan to participate in the fundraiser this year? Please choose one of the following.*
    I do not plan to partcipate. We will pay the $40 in full one month before the trip.

    I plan to sell, but I'm not sure I can sell that many. I realize that $5 from each book sold will be applied towards my child's trip balance and I will pay the remainder.

Most students really liked this option because they could see their scores right away on the computer screen along with the correct answer (if they missed something).
