  1. EOG Science: Which format would you like us to follow for the Science EOG?*
    Give the Science EOG early in the window like we did this year.
    Give the Science EOG on the same week as the Reading and Math EOG.
    I do not have a preference.


  1. Reading and Math EOG: Which day would you like to begin the EOG?*
    I prefer to begin the EOG on Monday, with the survey given on Friday.
    I prefer to begin the EOG on Tuesday and give the survey Friday with a make up for the survey on Monday.
    I do not have a preference.
