    email- form is filled out and emailed to you
    paper in mailbox filled out by tutor
    a more visible link on Jenzabar for faculty; on my faculty page

    A filing cabinet in the ASC with a file folder with my name on it. All reports would go in this folder.

    Yes I would pick them up.
