I'd like the option to put in a bid to switch my lunch schedule so I can go to lunch with my friends.

I'd like to work an extra hour during four of my work days so I only have to work a half day on the last day of my work schedule.

I would like the option to work any schedule one day per quarter.

I'd like to have a movie day at work once a quarter.
