Capacity Planning Survey: Executive Management Team

The purpose of this survey is to obtain information and perceptions from our top level agency leaders regarding our journey to achieve important results for our customers, meet state and federal expectations and continually improve agency operations through effective management and leadership. A modified version of this survey will be administered to program managers, frontline supervisors and current Benchmark Achievement Team (BAT) members. The results of these surveys will be reviewed and discussed during our September retreat.
