Parent Conferences - (SY2012)

Staff,

It has been customary at Gwynn Park HS to provide night conferences for parents in an effort to increase parental involvement and awareness of their child's academic progress. We want to offer parents 3 times during the year to conduct conferences, which is more than the county provides and to give you a day off the day after the night conferences are held. Remember night conferences are held 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm. By staying 3.5 hours later, you are trading that time for a whole day off. Based on the school calendar this year, the following dates are available.


Conduct night conferences on Thursday, October 27th and be off on Monday, October 31st (Grading/Planning Day)

Conduct night conferences on Thursday, January 19th and be off on Monday, January 23rd (Grading/Planning Day)

Conduct night conference on Thursday, March 29th and be off on Friday, March 30th (Grading/Planning Day)


All votes are needed by Friday, September 2nd.
