Coaching Effectiveness Survey - Frontline
Coaching is an interactive process that brings frontline employees, team leads and supervisors together with the focus on how we deliver service interactions. Building relationships, providing assessments, challenging thinking and assumptions, driving results as well as supporting and encouraging employees are necessary for successful coaching and people management. The purpose of this survey is to gain your perspective on our current coaching process and its effectiveness. We are looking for your honest feedback on how effective coaching sessions have been with your current supervisor. Our goal is to identify gaps within the coaching process, sessions and support tools. If your Team Lead does not conduct coaching sessions please disregard questions 13-22.
