2012 EKTSA - MCTSA Member Signup

Select the events you plan to participate in for the 2012 EKTSA Regional Competition. Remember, it is the member's responsibilyt to prepare all materials and etc for the specific event(s). Read the following notes carefully:

1. All MCTSA members must have at least one (1) static event and at least one (1) performance event.

2. Check the event matrix to determine which events are static (Early Entry - E) and which events are performance (Scheduled Day - S). Students may have as many early entry events as he/she can prepare. However, during the scheduled day of EKTSA, a member may have only one (1) performance event due to the time frame.

3. Chapter competition - If more MCTSA members signup for an event than there are regional slots - MCTSA will have a Local Chapter Competitions to determine which MCTSA members represent the chapter for the specific event(s).

4. Members must complete the event preparation before participating in the regional competition. Example - If a students does not prepare all required items for the event he/she has signed up for then the member will not participate in that event(s) during the regional competition.

5. Time permitting: MCTSA members that prepare materials for several events have a better chance of earning a slot in the Regional EKTSA competition.

6. If you signup for a team event - list the other members of your team on the main EKTSA signup list by Cantrell's station.
