means:
1 – very unfamiliar
: I have never heard, seen or read the word.
2 - unfamiliar
: I rarely hear, read, and/or say the word.
3 - somewhat familiar
: I sometimes hear, read, and/or say the word.
4 - familiar
: I hear, read, and/or say the word a fair bit.
5 – very familiar
: I hear, read, and/or say the word quite often.
