Interfaith Council of Greater Richmond

The Interfaith Council of Greater Richmond will hold their Annual Brotherhood Sisterhood Youth Award Program in February. They have requested that we nominate one student from Varina that has made a difference in the school and community through their efforts to foster healthy human relations and intergroup understanding.

Selection Criteria includes:
Ability to relate to others of different gender, race or religion
Act as a voice of reason in potentially confrontational situations
Empathy with and understanding of those with limited physical &/or emotional capabilities
