JCC Foundation Board Questionnaire 2012

The questionnaire items below are part of the Functional Area Review process currently underway at the Foundation. Please select the response for each item which most closely represents your opinions. Please answer all questions. Comments are optional, but are invited. A summary of total results will be discussed during our April Board meeting. Thank you very much for participating in the Foundation’s review process.
