2012 Senior Scholarship Survey

Each year, the School Counseling Department asks the Senior class to report how much money in scholarships they have been offered and/or accepted. We then report this total to Central Office and it is included in an end-of-year county-wide scholarship report.

  1. Please list the name and monetary amount of any scholarships you were offered. List next to each scholarship whether or not you accepted it. It is MANDATORY that each senior report this information - even if you didn't receive or accept any scholarships.

    Example:
    VCU academic scholarship - accepted - $1,000
    Exxon Mobil scholarship - not accepted - $500
