    potatoes don't count as they are starchy food
    beans and pulses can only count towards one of your daily portions no matter how many portions you eat
    a glass (150ml) of 100% fruit or veg juice counts as only one portion because the juicing process removes most of the fibre from the fruit.

    don't add salt to my food

    i have a busy life, don't have time to cok, rely on pre-prepared and convenience foods.

    I don't add sgar to my food and only add it to cooking where necessary,
    I have stopped adding sugar to my drinks and food, but stil crave that sweetness with food.
    I have a very sweet tooth and eat lots of sugary foods. I always have one or more teaspoons of sugar in my tea and coffee.

    ye i always try to eat whole grain or wholemeal varieties of bread rice and pasta every day.
    possibly not i prefer to eat the white varieties of bread, rice and pasta
