Directions to TLC Trainers:
Please complete the information on this survey to provide participants with specific instructions regarding preparation prior to, during, and after your specific training event. This information will not be posted on the wiki, but sent in an email to ESS registered participants only. Thank you, TLC

Provide participants with directions for parking, entering the school, and the room location number (usually all doors/gates are locked, so be specific). *

- What are your instructions for the first day of class? Are hard copies provided or materials? Is there a pre-test to complete prior to the first session? Materials required? Computers provided or needed for class?*

- Contact information you are comfortable sharing with your participants to include email address, school number with extension, and etc.*

- Providing a comfortable learning environment ensures a successful start to your session. Please add information that may be unique for your location. For example, vending machines available, bring a sweater, light snacks provided on the first evening, bring your own drink and snacks, and etc.*
