Online evaluations

At the February 17th meeting of the Online Lead Faculty we discussed the ways we might encourage students to complete the evaluations for online classes. It was pointed out that it would be easier to notify all online students of evaluation time if all online classes were evaluated every quarter. Please tell me your thoughts on this. Thanks so much!
