2012 American Exchange Program Hosting Information Night

In late July/early August of this year a delegation of students and educators from Estancia High School will attend our College. Students and Families from our College will have an opportunity to host this delegation. An information evening has been scheduled for Wednesday 18th April at 7.30pm in B1 (Located at the front of the school) to discuss all aspects of the exchange program including the application process and hosting the American delegation while they are in Australia. The students who visited Estancia in January this year will be in attendance to discuss aspects of the program and to present highlights of their experience. The evening will conclude at approximately 8.30pm.
To assist with seating and the organisation of light refreshments could parents please advise if they will be in attendance by Monday 16th April by listing the name of their Hoppers Crossing Secondary College student, the year level they are currently in, and the number of guests that will be accompanying them.
