Since the Couch-2-5K workshop, describe how your efforts to complete a 5K are going so far.

I have met or surpassed my goals so far.
I am hanging in there -- I have not met all of my goals but have run or walked in the last week.
I have discontinued my efforts at completing a 5K for the foreseeable future.
What have been the biggest barriers to sticking to your plan?
How many times a week do you typically exercise at least 20 minutes at a time (this includes running, walking, or any other form of exercise)?
If you have continued to run or walk to some degree since the workshop, describe what it has done for you physically and/or mentally. Be honest here; if there’s no change or not much change, we need to know that too.
